As we move past Samhain and into a period of rest and regeneration, you are warmly invited to join a Shamanic Alchemist Healing Circle Day at the Mission Hall Studio in Edinburgh on Sat 27thNovember 2021 10.30 am – 6pm
In the practice of cross-cultural shamanic healing, the power of the healing for an individual or for a piece of land is multiplied exponentially by the number of compassionate family, friends, and community members present. This occurs because the community present agrees to put their personality and conditioning aside, allowing unhindered spiritual energy to work its magic. When two or more spiritual energies come together, the union generates a third energy that, if correctly focused, is sometimes referred to as the ‘magical child’ – the energy of change, transformation, and healing.
The Healing Circle is a wonderful opportunity to come together with other practioners and experience this within an inner circle of up to 8 practioners, supported by an outer circle. We will rotate the inner and outer circle during the day, so everyone experiences both. There will be at least 3 Healing Circles during the day, held by Alchemists experienced in this work. This allows time for integration, sharing and some fresh air between circles. The Mission Hall Studio is a newly converted space, dedicated to creativity and well-being. The studio has a special, still energy that makes it the perfect space to host a Healing Circle.
If you are a Shamanic Practitioner who has trained with Twobirds Cunningham (Embracing Shamanism) you will be familiar with the Alchemist Healing Circle, and have experience of participating as part of your Practitioner Training. Shamanic Practioners from other traditions who are familiar with healing methods including Extraction Medicine, Soul Retrieval, and Power Animal Retrieval work are also very welcome, as are individuals working with other forms of energy healing (such as Reiki). The way the Circe works will be fully explained to anyone who is new and there will be opportunity for sharing and questions throughout the day.
Exchange: £30 for the day. Numbers limited to max 12
Refreshments will be provided. Please bring lunch to share.
