Description

“Blissful! In Jenny’s safe and experienced hands, I was able to let my tension and worries just melt away. A gifted intuitive and shamanic practitioner, she also brought these skills to her massage to help me with my own specific issues. I felt really well cared for and supported.                        Beth Clarke

“I’d not had a massage from Jenny before and will definitely be going back. She worked on releasing my tight areas but still left me feeling relaxed by the end. Everything l want from a massage”.                                                                                                                                                         RT

Has social distancing left you feeling the need for the healing power of touch? Would you like a physical and energetic spring clean? Do you have back pain, shoulder tension, depression, anxiety, headaches or insomnia? These are just a few of the conditions that can be helped by a massage, which can also boost your immune, lymphatic, circulatory, digestive and respiratory system. It can also simply be a lovely treat for yourself or a loved one.

I trained in Holistic Massage, (rooted in Swedish Massage). By being deeply present in the massage whilst also not being afraid to engage with any physical tension you may be holding, I invite your body to pause, release and drop into your natural pool of stillness, which is always here, but we may sometimes lose sight of.

I will listen carefully and attentively to your body, providing a massage that is deeply relaxing, both physically and spiritually, whilst also addressing any specific areas of physical tension or concern that you may have. I can also include some energy work, if requested/required.

Your session lasts 1 hour and 15 mins and costs £50. I have a £5 discount for your first booking. Please add code dr05 when booking

I massage on a Friday and in line with Government guidelines, am delighted to be taking appointments from 29th April 2021 onwards, following full COVID Guidelines.

My workspace has an window and the room will be well ventilated between appointments. I have hand sanitiser at the door, paper towels at all sinks and will take your temperature with a contactless thermometer when you arrive as well as asking you to sign a COVID questionnaire. I ask that you wear a mask throughout your visits and will do likewise.

I qualified with an ITEC Diploma in Massage, Anatomy and Physiology in 1996. I feel fortunate to have been taught by Bavara, whose emphasis was on teaching massage as a form of meditation and deep listening, without compromising attention to technique.

You are welcome to either book the massage online and then email for a time, or email for a time and then book online. Please also get in touch if you have any questions in relation booking your massage.
