An on-line, live dream workshop. Bring a dream written down to share within a small, confidential group. A dream group is a safe space to explore some of the messages your dreams want to communicating with you. You will initially do this by being guided how to ask questions and mirror dreams back to each other. There is then an opportunity to each explore some of the symbols in your dreams more fully, through intuitive creativity This non-verbal process can bring new layers of understanding and insights, providing a deeper understanding of the symbols and rich layers of visual meaning within your dream. You will work independently in the comfort of your own home for the creative work, whilst still being connected into the group, via zoom. We will close by coming back into the shared circle. An ideal way to work a little more deeply on your dreams within a held space, with a group of like minded people.
Dreams have a great potential to bring us into balance, by bringing the unconscious into our conscious awareness. Apparently bizarre and unconnected imagery can become profoundly and deeply pertinent to our waking lives, when accessed in an embodied way. Nobody can tell you what your dreams mean, their symbolism is completely and uniquely yours. It is possible however, to gain a deeper understanding of their resonance and relationship to your conscious life, by exploring them within the confidential context of a small group. This can birth a magical alchemy in your outer life.
This workshop is a great way to connect into both your dreams and your creativity. It is suitable for those with or without previous experience in Dreamwork or Creativity. The emphasis of the creative work is on inner expression, rather than technique.
