What to expect?

We will start with a short chat to explore your reasons for coming for massage This helps me to shape the treatment to your particular needs. All information is held in confidence. This is followed by the massage itself on the Cutting Room’s wonderful heated massage table.  Your privacy will be protected at all times, towels will cover you and only the area being massaged will be exposed. We will check in together at the end of the massage. Sometimes a series of treatments is most helpful to address a particular area of pain or more deeply held tension. Sometimes, a single session is all that is needed. Having regular massage can alleviate the build up of muscle tension, repetitive strain or stress. I can advise you, but the frequency and timing of treatments is of course, your choice.
